Had this issue before with my HP document printer.
Cancel a document then it refuses to print the next cos the printer spool hasn't cleared the cancelled oc therefore blocking the next request.
Usually if I go into services in the sytem maintenance section of the computer and restart the spooler, it generally clears itself but not this time.
Turned the printer off, rebooted the comp and still the darned thing won't clear.
Any help appreciated ....keep it relatively simple if poss please as I'm easily confused with the inner workings of IT !!
