Do you have a Panasonic Breadmaker ?

Do you have a Panasonic breadmaker - Model SD255 or SD254 to be precise. If so could you please check the manual/recipe book for me as I have stuck a few pages together and lost the amounts - I guessed and ended up with a really tasty cake like object.

‘Basic’-‘Bake’-‘Light’ Crust (4h) M

Yeast 1tsp
Strong White Flour 400g (14oz)
Sugar 3tbsp
Butter 100g (4oz)
Eggs, medium 3
Salt 1tsp
Milk 150ml

I have the SD253 and the cheese bricohe (it doesnt have plain) takes 0.5 tsp salt and 1 tbsp milk powder. Don't know if that helps...

Edit: beaten to it...looks like i was wrong anyway hehe

Batch bake loaves and stick 'em in the freezer.....can only use 6 at a time otherwise the fuse trips.

Cheers Mark - I took a guess and put 350 ml milk in (plus 5 bantam eggs as I don't have normal sized ones) and the result was a really moist barely risen cake like thing that tastes delicious but nothing like bread

Many thanks for the pdf manual that was very kind of you to look that out and forward it to me - there are some really nice people on TP. I did not think of looking on the web, my first thought was to ask on here as there is normally someone who can answer just about everything

9 Breadmakers! You must eat an awful lot of bread in your household.
