This was ordered two weeks ago and was told last week it would be with me any day now. I am not waiting any longer and want a refund made to my card and the order cancelled. I will be refusing delivery if it arrives. I do not see why I have had to wait this long.

Have been using 7 day shop for several years now and so far have never had a problem with either there goods or deliveries, hope they put this right for you asp.
 
7dayshop are Excellent firm if you need to communicate you need to be clear with every thing not short Text like replies.
If something has not arrived what is it do with them its the carriers and as the post office have been having strikes how can you know what has happened?
Did you pay extra for fast post? Or just normal free post?
I have had no problem with them traded for years now I get things fast and returns are sorted out quick so all in all a good company
 
i know 7 day shop is great, and i have purchased from them a fair bit and will continue to do so; but yours is not an isolated experience!!!

Anyway, my experience was such:

had not received my item, and sent them a note as such. Told me to wait a few more days as it was posted on date X. After that time elapsed, i sent another note and said, still not arrived. they tell me, sorry it was dispatched on date Y so you have to wait. Then I replied and told them, you told me you dispatched it on date X and now date y?? And they said, nooo it was dispatched on date Z...

this went on for a bit. Extremely frustrating, but was sorted in the end, and after that, no problem receiving refund!

So, a good value company, but hey, you pay peanuts, you get monkeys!

The bit that annoys me is that I make it clear the item has not arrived and they ask me to send the faulty item back - at least read what I have said in the first place. Not really sure how I could have made it clearer. Had they said they hadnt shipped it yet and done the refund fair enough.

I didnt pay extra for delivery, prepared to wait a week unless told otherwise but not more than 2!

You pay even less peanuts, charge more for your products, and get even bigger monkeys! (See: Most Jessops staff inc. head office :D)

It may not be their fault but it's still their responsibility.

That's why I will never buy anything from an ebay seller who states "it's not my responsibilty if it gets lost in the post". Actually, it is.

Back on topic, I have never had any problems with 7dayshop and it's not really fair to judge them on one mistake.
