Do i need to upgrade my PP software?

I All, I use a combination of Aperture and PSE6 on my iMac for all my PP. I understand the latest version of PSE is 10? Question is, has there been enough changes in PSE since v6 to justify spending £60-£70 on an upgrade? If so, what are the main differences?

One big change is v10 supports masks so you dont have to cheat them using adjustment layers.
There are cerainly other changes but thats the one that made me decide to go from v7 to 10. I waited for a better deal than £70 though. Managed to get my copy for £30 in Amazon black friday sale last year.

Also have alook here to see differences from version 6 to 9. 10 will have everything in 9 plus a few more tweaks.

Theres been a lot of changes between V6 and 10, but you might want to hang on till v11 comes out soon.
