Yes
I have a photograph of the outside of a football stadium, I've been asked to sell it in a frame. It's taken from a public place, would I be infringing any regulations if I sold this photograph?

Cheers

Dave

I would say no, unless you have caught some kind of company logo or something in it... but im not too sure

as far as I know as long as it was taken on public property then you should be ok. Not 100% of that though.

Thanks for the advice people!

Dave

As far as alamy description with property. if a building is singled out in any way it may be deemed as a release would be required.

When taking building shots-either keep it abstract or include more than one building in the shot.

Based on this-yes-unless you were commisioned to shoot the stadium it is not legal. IMHO

Pity he didn't create deep pockets too! :D

Oh he did, he gave us yorkshire folk deep pockets but short arms, that's why everyone thinks we are tight! :)
