Do I need a RX100? If so, which one?

I was gonna go for an RX100 but decided on a Nikon A when I got it on a lightning deal. I still get tempted to swap it for one but I think I prefer a fixed lens strangely enough! I have an iPhone 6S and the camera is brilliant but let's face it, it's nowhere near as good as any modern camera.
