Do i keep or do i sell??????????

At the momment i have a sigma 150-500mm os dg and ive been thinking of selling it to purchase a canon 100-400 f4-5.6 is, the trouble is do i??????????? The sigma is a gd lens and is it worth the extra money for the canon :shrug::shrug:

I cannot advice on the exact lens as I'm a nikon user but the sigma is a really good lens i think.
Personally i would love something in the 200 range but 2.8 so could use tele con if needing extra length. OOOherr

hmmm dificult one i've got a sigma 70-300 and a canon 70-300....the canon lens is definately the better of the two but i would'nt get rid of the sigma, if the canon goes and plays silly devils then you've still got a back up with the sigma

If you can afford it, go for it. The Canon 100-400L is significantly better than the Sigma telephotos in every respect that matters - optical quality, build quality, focus speed, ergonomics .....

if you have a Full Frame go a buy a 100-400mm you are not going to be disapointed. but in a croped camera I don't think is a huge diference
