Do I keep my spare camera or sell it?

I currently shoot on a Canon 450D, and have a 350D as a spare.
I also have a Sigma flashgun and a Sigma 170-500mm lens.

None of these are used anymore. I bought I would keep the 350D as a back-up but it's been sat there idle for over a year.

Should I trade in the gear and buy lenses that I need?
Would I even get very much for this gear?

If I haven't used something for over a year and can't see myself using it in the future, I'd sell it.

If your not using it sell it and spend the money on something you will use!

I had kept a 40D in the loft for nearly a year doing nothing after upgrading to a 5D mk2.

Just sold it for £450 and money has now gone towards new purchase at Focus on Imaging.

If you havent used it for a while..chances are you never will... sell whilst you can still get something for it!

For a 350D I think you would be looking in the region of around £70-90 body only if you were to sell it.
It would make a good back up camera. Why don't you get it converted to infra red for some unique photo ops!?
