Yes
looking to go on a coach trip to Disneyland Paris in December, I have looked for it via Google obviously but just wondered if anyone had a company they could recommend, it would only be for 1 day at the park and preferably leaving from west yorkshire or Nottingham.

I've looked at driving myself but I'd have to rent a car and then petrol would be more than the prices ive seen so far anyway! So that isn't an option at the minute.

I would prefer to take the train. In fact I have done from st Pancras. So comfortable and quick and you are right in the park.

I hadn't even thought of that option, I'll look into Eurostar now, thank you

My partner doesn't like flying and the train would only get us there at 2 and we'd have to leave at 6, so just looking at coaches now if anyone has any recommendations for those, thanks

Or would argue one day isn't enough. I'm pretty certain trains do arrive at 10am. Heck they moved the luggage to the hotel and checked us in on the train.

As above, try and go for more than a day. Don't think you would go there again so make the most this trip.

It can also get tiring to do it all in one day.

I saw this option on the main site, it's a good idea but the Eurostar times leave St Pancras at 10 something and get there about 13:57 I think, but there are a lot of coach trips that drive through the night, as I'm taking a 2 year old, she would sleep rather than fidget

Yeah, there are a lot of 3 day coach trips that give you 2 days in the park that I've been looking at too

Personally I'd put the money aside and keep adding to it, and then take a slightly longer trip when the kid is 4-5 years old and will get more lasting memories out of it.

I two years old is too young in my opinion.

I was just guessing that she would enjoy her time there as it was for children and then I can go on space mountain but I will have a look at what's there, I haven't been for about 10 years

She's 2. She'd enjoy her time just as much in the back garden with a cardboard box and a sponge

So what will she do when she is allowed on that ride and many others ? Who'd be looking after her? Further more it is a lot of walking. It is a lot of unsettle. I would leave it at that age.

There's a train around 7am that gets there about noon but you'll need to change at Lille and wait there a fair while too. That hour change will kill you whichever way you go.

I'd honestly forget about a day trip on the train.

I wouldn't be able to get out of work and uni long enough for anything other than a day so I'll have to wait a while, thanks for the info

Probably best.

Disney in France can be a bit of a pain if you get a bad weather day. It was reported all those years back that they even ued bespoke paint to make the place brighter to overcome grey wet days.

We took our kids many times when the tunnel opened and drove there. Have done the out and back in one day a couple of times

Easy drive from London but from your part of the world a one day trip is not realistic but, at a push, flying to Paris out and back is doable.

A 2 year old will get little of what is happening in the park. In fact I have seen 2-3 year olds stressed and crying from the attentions of the cast members. (could be a French thing).

Our kids gave up on Disneyland Parid after we did the big Florida thing (which was also timed to watch a Shuttle launch - that was my holiday moment!!!). The Disney thing there was much cheaper than Paris.

Echoing Viv's comment above I suggest you wait till your kid is older.

I would argue that one day is one day too many! When my wife booked a family trip to Euro Disney, my special treat was that I got to stay at home.

They went via train from London.
