Disheartened with your Photoshop Skills?

If ever you feel Photoshop is grinding you down, you just can't get to grips with certain functions, just spare a thought for folk like Frank Sutcliffe who produced absolutely stunning visual work with not much more than a box and a blanket over his head.

Nice images.

Not all of us are lucky enough (or have given it the dedication and hard work) to be a pro.

Dont use photoshop that much,so never had many problems,i do tend to think that pp theses days is used much to much

Stunning visual work? there are a couple of nice images in there but nothing in the galleries I browsed that I would class as stunning.

....and a helluva lot of time in the darkroom. Such is the nature of film photography, the negative is just the start, in the same way that a raw file is. Ansel Adams describes in one of his books how he produced 'Approaching Winter Storm', and I could see some of the parallels between use of Photoshop and darkroom techniques.

He pays homage to vintage photography like an absolute champion. These photos are incredible, but they pay no relevance to photoshop at all.
