Sorry to see you are stopping Martin, quite a while ago I got behind in one 52 by ten weeks but slowly plodded on and caught back up maybe try it that way.

That’s a shame. You could always just do the current week and catch up the others as and when. At the end of the day, it is all just for fun, so it’s not worth it if it’s feeling a burden. Keep snapping :)

That's true, I suppose I generally treat it like a weekly assignment and feel like I've failed if I don't keep up but skipping a few weeks is not the end of the world; I'll see what happens in the next week or so. I'll try to come back in on the Snapper's Choice.
 
Week 25.

As above, those that follow the themes list, will have already spotted that today is
that love it or hate it recurring theme.
For those that didn't look, it's Snappers choice.

And reminder for those that haven't, there are 2 weeks left ( this one and next one).
To get your technique's in.

Got an idea for this week's shot and we're heading into town for dinner this evening so should be able to get it...

And, I suppose snappers choice is just anything and down to us?

The Tech runs for 2 months, so it is a new tech in July. Snappers choice can be anything you want to take a photo of.

As already mentioned, its Snappers ( your) choice and an ideal time to get the tech done if you haven't already.
Take a picture, any picture and add in the tech, which is currently Monochrome.

Or black and white or a mixture of both, or even something totally irrelevant as happens occasionally.
Even though I provide a dictionary definition to most.

I'm really looking forward to see how the next tech can be misinterpreted though :)

Looks random to me, the person appears to just post a couple of times a month.
I'll give it a couple of day's and if no response I'll delete it.

I took a few photos over the weekend. just need to process and choose :)

Tech for the first two months, was that only lens focal movement (in which case I will need to do one) or camera movement (which i did with the car) ?

Let you guys know once the the other submissions are put up and choosen

What is ICM in photography? The web says
Intentional Camera Movement (ICM) photography is an abstract style of shooting that has no rules – it all comes down to moving your camera over a long exposure.

Moving the lens focal point with the shutter open, is colloquially known as a lens bomb.
But IIRC at the time, there were a few of those posted as well.

The scroll keepers prefer catch up images posted in the main thread, as they don't then have to drill into each individual thread.
The stipulation to not post catch-ups in the main thread was removed a few years ago :)

I can confirm, that following several beatings from the scroll master, that I did indeed remove that rule, for the reason above.

I'll get the rest of the pics finished tonight (assuming the computer doesn't die whilst changing to jpg).
Then a mass of catch up pics...
I also need to re-do the tech sepia one as the one I did was in lr and I didn't know what I was doing :D...
So (hopefully) tonight, some more submissions and fully caught up... (ponders whether I actually have pics that fit --- reaches for shoehorn)

I’ve just had salmon for lunch. I didn’t consider slapping myself sideways with it - if I had, perhaps I’d get some inspiration for my snapper’s choice. Hmm snapper’s a fish isn’t it…
 
Looks like to beat you guy's I'm going to have to get a skate on or else get back on my perch.
 
Tomorrows theme, I think most people will have to mullet over
