Disabled novice

Hi All,

Since becoming disabled I have been unable to do any photography. I cannot manipulate the camera, however I can operate a laptop. Really excited by the prospect of doing some tethered shooting from my laptop, which in practice means portraits, landscapes and astrophotography.

I have just picked up a second-hand 50D, so let the experimentation commence
