HI Guys,
i have just purchased another d300 as a back up from a friend of mine. He did let me know that the sensor needs cleaning, so after a little bit of testing and investigating i assumed it really does and left it with Harrison's Cameras in Leicester for cleaning. As far as i could have seen they did quite a good job but it only remained for few days or so.... The visible dust came back although i did not take my lenses even once... I called Nikon authorised dealer to ask if the sensor cleaning mechanism might be faulty, but they made me assured that it isn't.
The thing is that the visible dust is getting worse and worse and i do not really know what to do with it? Shall i send it to Nikon to get it checked? Give back to Harrison's to get it cleaned again? I just don't want to spend more money without visible results and understanding the problem!
Please advise.
