directing to the HDD

Got my new PC yesterday from Chillblast and the OS is on the 60GB SSD, so i installed Lightroom4 & PSE10 on there too, but can anyone tell me how to direct the catalogue and files to the HDD please ?
Trouble is it installs these holding folders within it's subfolders on C: when i want them on E: can this be done other than manually ?

move them the go to file->open catalogue

Got there in the end moving folders about, elements10 was easy, lightroom not so, well for me anyway
loving this pc though neil, 16gb ram i5 3.4ghz 1TB with 24'' Asus monitor.
