The only problem with buying from them is that you will not get the manufacturer's warranty in Europe but their own warranty. It wasnt helpful to me because I was after a Nikon DSLR and Nikon UK gave 2 year warranty while DigitalRev gave only 1
 
I just bought a Nikon 300mm f4 from them. I paid through paypal & it was sent last wednesday & delivered yesterday. It got to the UK thursday night & sat at East Mid airport until Monday morning.

I would definitley use them again, great service :thumbs: Saved £200 on the UK price. The warranty is worldwide on lenses but not bodies, I checked with Nikon before I ordered it :)
 
I used them a couple of months ago to buy a Canon 70-300L. Had a problem with them at first as they thought my credit card was dodgy! so I had to transfer the money direct. However that only took a couple of days and the lens arrived a couple of days after that. Apart from the CC hastle the service was excellent and I saved a few hundred on the lens price.
 
I got a 18-55 Vr from them as it saved me £60. However with a more expensive lens/purchase I'd want them to be a bit more than that incase there is an issue as the cost and hassle could run to that easily.

Also worth noting that sometimes a UK supplier will be cheaper, the Nikon 50mm 1.8D for example was less in the UK last time I checked.
 
I've no issues with them. Ordered an 85 f/1.4 from them and it arrived from them in about three days. Check prices as above but no issues with service
 
I recently purchased 3 Canon lenses from their e-bay store listed as 'in UK - special delivery'. I assumed I would get the 3k+ worth of lenses the next day or at least quicker than through their store.

The listings turned out to be lies and they sent the lot from HK using a duty/vat paid service (they didn't have to pay much mind, they only declared the items as worth 260ish quid!)

I was not impressed but no one had these items in stock in the UK at a reasonable price. I would normally have used kerso but he was on holiday....

None the less, the items worked fine and delivery was very fast, ordered Wednesday, shipped Thursday delivered Monday.
