Very good m8, there's a few threads about them here already, try a search for Digital Rev.

Is this one of these HongKong jobbies?

Only years ago I bought a 70-300 off there for about £115 and then got £20 import tax charge :| never used them since.

Then you didn't use one of their auctions that guarantees tax refunds.

I tried to purchase from here once and have to say it was rather dodgey as they wanted proof of ID in form of birth certificate and NI etc all of which could be used for cloning. This was after they took payment for the items off the card.

I told them exactly where to go after this and reported them to the card company.

Will NEVER EVER use this company again.

I've bought from them, via their website. On there you have the option to pay the VAT/duty in advance or take your chances with HMRC, I paid up front and everything was fine.

Don't recall having to give them anything like a birth certificate or NI number , no complaints here

They're not a bedroom/garage operation. They do have real shops just like Jessops etc. I've visited one.

If you buy from abroad you really should take into account that you 'might' have to pay import duty and budget accordingly or as said above with DR choose an auction that guarantees no duty. I bought my Bigma from them that way, had to pay import duty to the couriers on delivery and DR refunded it within 24 hours, that meant my guarantee was good for the UK as well.

used them for loads of stuff, never had anything but a positive experience

Used them both on ebay, and in their shop at the Peak, HK.

Very good experience every time.
