If I buy a Canon body from Digital Rev can I still claim Canon cashback if it is delivered from the UK?

It will be delivered from HK m8 so I think you won't get cashback.
 
No because you will need a UK invoice / receipt.
You'd be better off get a price for the body from Kerso, he gives you a UK invoice as well.
I'm waiting for Canon to send me a cheque for the 50D I bought from Ian.

Still works out cheaper to buy from Digital Rev even without cashback, not knocking Kerso but I'm looking for the cheapest possible trustworthy option.

Fair enough, I recently bought a Canon 1.4x MKII Extender from onestopdigital because it was cheaper.
I don't mind a couple of hundred quid but I'd be concerned about a warranty claim on a body.
Good luck, I'm guess you are after a 7D?
 
You also only get a HongKong warrenty from Digital Rev which means if it busts then it has to go back to Hong Kong for repair.

I'd talk to Kerso and get the cashback, at least if it does go wrong it's easy to get repaired.

Bodies do go wrong my 5d2 is on it's way back from Canon after failing with only 6K shuttercount :(

Looking for a 550D as I want a lighter body to go travelling with as well as a video SLR. I might sell my 50D at some point in the future to get a 7D as well but in the mean time I'll keep the 50D for more important pictures.

Currently found a UK seller local to me with a cracking price and it works out very close to Digital Revs price after the cash back. I did ask Kerso a few weeks back but he wasn't able to match other people prices unfortunately or I would have bought from him.

Although all you have to do is send it to their UK address, they do the rest. DR have also been known to supply extended warranties using Mackcam.
