Diffuser confusion

I have my very first official wedding in August, and i was wondering whether any of you lot use a diffuser and if so, which one is best?
I have a canon 430ex.

When it comes to softness, biggest is always best.

I have a fong stylee one that I use but there are some really good mini softbox things that you can get too, if you don't mind a big sail type thing on top of the camera.

I just use a Stofen omni-bounce. It works for me and produces a good soft light. Sometimes I'll not use one and bounce the flash from the ceiling or wall.
