It may and I emphasise may, because in observatuon of the iffence being undertaken ... more of 'himself' was seen!

I really have got to turn off my notifications from TP on my phone.... I certainly don't expect to be PMSL.......

Well, if they had sex in a public place, a child walks by, and ended up seeing the older couple having sex, then the couple would have broken the Sexual Offences Act 2003 which, according to Wikipedia, includes "causing a child to watch a sexual act" in addition to the other usual illegal sex stuff (ie: rape, underage, trafficking, etc.).

So after being found guilty, she ends up on the register.

Had the couple done that in private, in a hotel room or their own bedroom or somewhere private, that would not have happened.
