Did I see a the TP staff car in Ireland?

To my eyes at least, judging from the perspective distance from the wall and pedestrian-sized gate, and the apparent size of that car in relation to these, if it is a TP staff car then all I can think is that it must have been @Server Hamster on a weekend break!
