I've got a bit of a weird one here..

I purchased something from Ebay in NY, and had it shipped over to here in England.

Hwoever, the shipping was a bit of a fiasco because every time I tracked it, it would say that they couldn't deliver as no one was in and the left a calling card.. but I never got a calling card and was in all the time!

This happened on 3 occasions but,, I just gave up.

Now it shows as delivered but not to my address.. but ebay are saying I need to speak to DHL. However there is no way of speaking to an agent at DHL, as they cut you off after a bit.

I've emailed two times now to DHL asking for coordinates or more details but.. no reply.

Anyone have any suggestions?
 
Hmm that's the number I've tried already but no matter what option you choose, you can't speak to someone. The tracking number isn't accepted when I key it in in the phone either. But I have commented on one of their FB posts. No way to send them a message sadly.

On the DHL and other such courier sites, where imports are concerned.....I think that the tracking is based on the Waybill number and that may reveal an in country tracking number. So it is important to ask the question using the correct number.
 
Shouldn’t you be raising the issue with the seller?
Yes but they just direct me to the website for tracking and won't offer any other help.. and eBay closed the case I opened as they say it shows as delivered. Sent another 3 queries in to DHL today so will see. Running very low on patience though!
