Devon newbie saying hello!

Hi Folks,

I'm Paul. I've been checking the forum out for a couple of weeks now, so thought I'd introduce myself.

I decided to start photography as I live in one of the most picturesque parts of the country and I figured I should take advantage of that.

I do mainly outdoor stuff at present but would love to try my hand at studio work, but I don't want to run before I can walk!

Anyway, hope to learn from and contribute a lot to the forum.

I spend my time in Exeter and Tiverton. Always looking for new locations in Devon for landscape shots as I'm not born and bred in these parts.

locations difficult, personally even though have lived here all my life, i get in the car go somewhere get out and wonder see what appears

I think possibly we are too spoilt by choice I can be on dartmoor,exmoor or the coast within about 30 mins and spend more time debating where to go them actually going

Billybob that's true. I google places and seem to be spoilt for choice, so much so I end up being really indecisive about where to go!.
