Device search and help needed

Hi,

I'm looking for a windows enabled device to take out and about with me, it must be windows (so not android) as I have a few applications I wish to use on it, it must also have GPS ability so I can also use it as a sat nav, it can be PDA, pocket pc netbook or whatever but here is the kicker, the budget is around £100...

Anyoone have any ideas or suggestions?
