Hi all,
I tried to create a safepoint for my WD network drive but get as far as the Device Access password screen for my Win 10 pc - no idea what this could be!
Is there any way of finding out? The log in for windows doesn't work

Watching to learn but sound more a WD issue rather than windows?

Is it a bit like a new phone and that there a default password on the WD software/hardware???
