Does anyone make processing trays with lids (preferably floating) to keep chemicals in? I actually want this for PCB etching so it will hold hydrogen peroxide solution.

Ideally I want a patterson type tray in 8x10 or 10x16 and a lid, I'll fabricate a stainless mesh tray to go in there for easy fishing out of the pcbs.

I dont think you will be able to get patterson style trays but you will be able to get large format trays which you immerse the film in, usually stainless steel. I'll try to find some links for you :)

for PCB's you know you can bag them ?

I used to use sealable bags to etch PCB's in.

Now I just use a tray, and pour back into a bottle aftwerwards.

I use ferric chloride though, never used hydrogen peroxide. Except for my hair !
