Hello all,
I was looking for some advice as I am soon to set off on my first destination wedding photography job. I have been gradually building up my professional photography experience over the last few years in tandem with my day job where I do design and interiors photography for a high end bespoke joinery company. I have photographed 5 weddings so far and take the responsibility very seriously, put in a lot of work doing planning and doing reccies before hand etc. My kit is quite modest 5D mark 1 and a 20D (limited number of good quality lens’ 430EX 580EX, reflectors, tripods etc) but I always hire a 70-200 USM IS II for jobs and have always had very satisfied customers. I’m going to shoot this upcoming wedding in Tuscany and am obviously aware that traveling and being in a totally alien environment has its potential hazards and wondered if anyone had any tips or advice they might be willing to offer. Many thanks in advance Alexis. (sorry if this is not the correct thread btw i couldnt see anything covering destination weddings)
