I thought it was a great show, Derren really does have an amazing insight into psychology, hypnotism and general mind tricks. I just thought it was amazing to see the true reactions of an average person who woke up in an apocalypse.
Someone told me that when people like him do stage shows, the people he picks are actors or plants, however there was one derren brown stage show where he selected a volunteer byrandom, using a frisbee. He would throw it out into the crowd, then whoever caught it had to throw it off to the left, another person would catch it and then throw it up to the back. Whoever caught it then, was selected as a volunteer. For that to happen deliberatly would literally be a miracle
