Yes
300K is hardly a snip however it's reported to be £60K under valuation.

Irrespective of your budget - speaking hypothetically - would you consider the property given it's past ?

Personally I like the footnote:

"BUYERS ARE KINDLY ASKED TO RESEARCH THE HISTORY OF THIS PROPERTY OR ENQUIRE WITH THE MARKETING AGENT PRIOR TO VIEWINGS."

I'm having difficulty answering coherently as I'm still 'stunned' by that view of London taken from the balcony!

Not for me though.

History wouldn't bother me, It's a horrible place though!

if it was a nice house then i would, as it's pretty awful i'll give this one a miss

History of a house would have no impact on me I don't think, but the wife would take some convincing

Compulsory purchase, knock it down and build a memorial garden.

Reuben John, of Paul Simon estate agents whose job is to sell the flat, said: "One of our photographs on the listings looks very similar to the forensics photographs. It is taken from the same angle as one from the time which showed pans on the hob which he used to boil the shredded bodies."

I wouldn't lead off with that if I were the estate agent. Keep the boiling shredded bodies chat to a minimum.

It loooks to have had a fair bot of work done since 1981. I'm betting its on the market less then a week before being sold.

If I actually liked the place I would consider buying it but would be concerned about the tourist trail - murder sites of London etc

not for 300k but it was a propper bargain I would

No...but only because it's an ugly flat.
The history is irrelevant.

I think I could probably live in a house once owned by a serial killer, but in this case the bodies were abused, chopped up and flushed down the toilet of that property - I'm not sure I could peacefully live in the house knowing that that had happened there.

Fred West's place was demolished and I remember reading that Mark Bridger's (?) place in Wales was being 'redeveloped'. I guess it's not practicable in this case.

Hmmm might find some pretty gross things if you were stripping the wallpaper!

My issue with the house/flat would be its drawing power for the ghouls, . I didn't realise it was a flat so clearly knocking it down would not be feasible.

You'd like to think the loo had been replaced.

I think I could overlook the history of the place if the financial side of things made sense.

The father killed his wife & kids in one of our old houses, we only found out after we moved in.

It was a lovely family house for the three years we lived there :)
