Dell XPS13 and photoshop CS6

Hello,

I have recently upgraded my laptop from a 9 year old MacBook pro to the Dell XPS13 and so far, I do not regret the change whatsoever.

I purchased the model with the touchscreen, and recently got photoshop CS6 and thought "thiss will be brilliant with the touch screen". but when I touch the screen with the stylus, nothing happened with the tools in CS6.

How do i make it happen cappen?

I suspect cs6 isn't touch screen compatible. Photoshop cc is, but then that's extra cost for you.
