Has anyone got this to work with Windows 7? Updated all my drivers, set it as the primary display and it still isn't touch screen (and the control panel says "no pen or touch input is available for this display") :-(

Should work plug and play. I assume you have actually plugged the USB cable in?? Have you got it in a multi display set up? If you have, go to Tablet PC Settings in control panel, click on Setup and touch the screen when it says to.
Check the status of the driver under device manager.
Got another PC to try it on? If it still fails on another PC, I'm guessing it's a hardware fault
Just to update, got my £90 cashback this morning, old monitor was delivered to them on the 16th of June, so basically took a month for them to pay out the cashback. Just waiting on quidco cashback now.
got my £90 cashback this week, similarly just quidco cashback to go.
At the end of the day I reckon that this new monitor will have cost me ~£90 which I can't complain about!
Forgot to add I got the cashback on both of my monitors recently, took about 3-4 weeks to get any acknowledgment of receipt (even though I dropped then off myself...) But money came through almost straight after that.
Also got cashback on a hp microserver this week - its been cashbacktastic!
