Sorry Can't offer any advice, I have not used ebay in years. Too many bad experiences of idiots buying items off me, using it then trying to send it back. Or keeping my item then trying to make a charge back. I sold my bits and bobs on both Gumtree and Preloved, a bit slow at times, but no chance of any silly negatives !

I think I'll be doing the same. eBay fees are getting very expensive too. You sell an item, think 'that was a fair price', and then eBay slaps you with a huge cut a month later!

Nice.. Some people clearly are bat sh** crazy.

Let eBay sort it, they tend to have a good nose for this sort of thing. If she tries to contact you outside of eBay ignore it.

Let ebay deal with him.

Only have contact through the resolution centre/ebay system if absolutely necessary (better still, have no further direct contact.)

Don't send the item. Cancel the transaction. Just say the item is damaged. Any neg feedback can be removed by ebay.

You can also request his details as an ongoing transaction is in place, but don't expect them to be accurate!

....and do get it logged with the police in case of problems down the line.

He or she? I don't know who is more scary, a Crazy man or a Crazy woman! Not being sexist, but I am very very wary of crazy women, met one or two over the years...
