A 64 bit extention of a 32 bit extention of a 16 bit patch of an 8 bit operating system originally written for a 4 bit processor by a two bit company that cant handle one bit of competition!

:woot::clap::woot:

That had me in bits when I first read it :DS

That's a bit of an exaggeration don't you think :shrug: :coat: :D

The joke per se
which in it self was meant to be funny however I seem to have
had a bit of a failure :D

As a joke it is amusing, as a statement it is laughable...

Anthony.

Ubuntu is ok when it's working, but when there's a small problem you really need to know your stuff to get it fixed. The main problem I find with ubuntu is that there are not enough companies writing software for it. A good OS without a healthy competition of 3rd party software just won't work. Why isn't there many companies writing software for it? Because the only people that really use linux are programmers because they know how to use it. Its just that a lot of linux fanatics just don't see that. Linux (well, a good Unix based OS) is for servers. Yes I am a programmer, yes I've written software for linux. Yes I use vista more ;)

Yeah, ive always found Linux to be harder to use than windows but Ubuntu 8.10 is fantastic.

It handles wifi much better than wndows, is so simple to use and actually outperforms it in many aspects. To top it all off its free!
