Default Settings on Win10

I've finally made the plunge and ordered a new PC and, thanks to help through this forum gone for Win10 Pro.

What I'd like to ask is when the PC arrives and before I install any programmes, do I need to change any of the default settings that will come with Win10 Pro? The new PC will come pre loaded with Win10 Pro so I will not be able to specify anything during the installation.

Any help or advice would be most welcome.

Privacy is always important, is the ShutUp10 used by most people who have the Win10 operating system?

I couldn't say but when the privacy thing blew up on Microsoft in respect of W10 it was one of the first comprehensive apps to come out and continues to be solid / updated.
