Decent eyepiece for Nikon D90

I've been looking to get a replacement eyepiece, for my Nikon D90, as I hate the current square type.

On my search I came across this item -

Just wondering if anyone had any experience with this particular eyepiece replacement. Or if there are any alternatives.

Have found a UK retailer selling this -

Only real negative, seems to be that once it is on, it is very difficult to remove. Although that may well be a positive!

Have tried the cheaper alternatives, but they kept falling off very easily, which meant they were quickly lost
