"The dustier the better"...isn't that the Landrover motto?

One half - Nice skills getting the pineapple in half, if I attempted that it would not be as straight!

Post - Well spotted for both the theme and the technique.

Water - Lots of detail in the sculpture, although my eye does get drawn to the leaf in the bottom left corner.

Handles - The lighting around the gnome works well, its position does make thinks its hiding.

Dusty - The build of the car looks very detailed, I know I'm regularly guilty of it but I would liked a wider shot.

Hurricane, I think (rather than a Spitfire).

Whichever it is, it's a good shot of an iconic aircraft, showing some of the internals.

Two good shots Keith.
Food: I like how you've framed the shot and caught the kitty with a piece of kibble in her mouth.
Internal: That's cool, too bad the other plane creeps into the lower left of the frame.

Yes you are right, I have pictures of both and labelled the wrong one. I must concentrate more.

Food. I had to take a few shots to get it right, Milly didn’t seem to mind as the food kept comin.
internal. Couldn’t make my mind up as to how much cropping to do.

Good shot Keith, I agree with Stan above.

Great idea... definitely thinking outside the box.

Great creative idea Keith. It's years since we played Monopoly.

It's been ages since playing monopoly, plenty of squares available and good thinking.

Pete

I’m impressed twice with this one. One in that you beat wormish posting first. Second because that’s the exact idea that I had!

Nice picture with the larger screws in the background. It emphasises the smallest screw.

That's a good idea and a well taken image for the theme.

I want to say it's a screwy picture and, "What's the point?" but that it's a great idea and a great shot :D

I really like this. The size ratio and composition are great.

Week 35 Snappers Choice + Tech Shadows.

Valley
by Keith Johnson, on Flickr
Sometimes things come together when you least expect it, a clear shot across the valley and then on reviewing realised the shadows were there as well...job done!

Nice one Keith :)

A beautiful landscape Keith, I like the contrast between the light and shadows.

Week 36 Scapes

London Eye
by Keith Johnson, on Flickr
A trip to London for an early evening snapping session with some good results I felt. This one particularly fits the Scapes theme.

Great sky ! You must have waited ages for those clouds to be in the right place

Week 37 Looking Up

Thames at Night
by Keith Johnson, on Flickr
A specific trip to London for some night photography, and this is one of the many that were taken that night. Getting the 'up' angle from using a tripod and long exposure...good job it wasn't a windy evening!
