weekly Dave's 52 Week 52 Showcase and Finished

A nice take on a well photographed structure, I like it. And, fits the theme very well.

Another lovely angle on the building. It looks fine on first look but when you examine it more closely you can see the degredation.

3 good shots Dave with you new camera (another one).

Mind you I do fancy getting another Olympus, I have a OM1-N from years ago and used Olympus for my underwater cameras went I used to go scuba diving.

All great portraits. I like the attitudes being shown in 2 and 3 - they look like they've modelled before :)

I thought her name was going to be Penelope :ROFLMAO:

Lovely set of portraits. I find myself leaning to #2 as I like the dappled lighting.

So my pick for the theme Snappers Choice is testing my new M60mm f2.8 macro lens, at the moment I think it is a nice learning curve with this lens and I like it. Can't wait till I get out and about with it so two images from me, the watch is a straight Sooc and the glass giraffe is a Raw edit.

Nice and sharp pictures Dave! I bet you're happy with the lens? :D

Very detailed image of the watch. Agree with your choice. Did you think about rotating it 90º counterclockwise?

Thank you Alan, yes I am very happy with this lens plus the lens hood just got delivered and that I do like as you never have to take it off.

Thank you David, never thought about rotating it at all.

Nice shot of the watch Dave, and a nice watch too (envy)
I agree with David, a 90 degree rotation to have it oriented 12 to the top would make it perfect!

Was this the Oly macro? If so, I have the same one. I didn't like it at first because it didn't seem to balance well with the camera body but I got past that and am now loving it.

Great images. Really like your chosen shot.

Thank you Bill, yes it was the Oly 60mm at first I thought how strange having the dial on the lens but really do like the lens a lot.

Lots to like on the watch Dave. Not so keen on the glass giraffe as for me it's not so nice to look at.

I like the shell idea Dave.
Suzie has a long tongue - no doubt after a treat. Good timing on this one.

I love dog pictures :D

The shell idea is very clever. Well done :D
