Yes love it Jonny - get it - it's a great lens
Thanks Julian - didn't help that I wasn't in the mood either!Such a bad day weather wise, you did well to get anything out of it![]()
Thanks Marc - appreciatedCatch up time Dave. That Lily shot is beautiful and I do like the Swanage deckchairs.
Well he certainly looks like he's enjoying himself. Nice motion blur too.![]()
I like no 238, this kind of photo.
It´s a every day picture in colour but the b/w processing adds some specially atmosphere to it.
I bet it's a D700
D3 or D3x ? (don't know what a D3 goes for, but a D3x must be around £5k) Wow, you won the lotto?!?!?!?!?
Yep, it's really surprised me how good this lens isGreat isn't it
Just being able to get sharp results wide open with that bokeh is awesome IMHO.
Thanks LisaAwww cute shot.
Yep, I'm inLooks like a cracking lens you got there Dave![]()
Cheers NicJust catching up the last 10 days or so - there is no point in picking out the ones I like. They are all excellent.![]()
*Refuses to comment on Dave's 365 until I have a 70-200VR as well*

My favourite one as well.![]()

Yes, it's a fun day - we all had a great timeFab shot!
Imotor x! Gotta get my arse to it sometime soon!
Nice work Dave with that new Canon lens![]()
Thanks NicnokI love the look in that chap's eyes - excellent photo

I just want to snap away with this lens and then look at the quality!![]()
This was shot at 200mm 1/160 sec at f2.8 ISO400.
Thanks Julian - I didn't pay anywhere near that! Not sure the new lens is a massive improvement on DX - just a newer version of VR and not as much vignetting on FX. Not sure if the new ones come in white though!Like the moto X shot, bikes are not really my thing, but it's a great capture. I was just reading a photo mag and it mentioned a new Nikon 70-200 lens coming out in Nov, but at £2k notes. Not sure what you paid, but looks great whatever![]()
Yes, I agree, but it's such a good lens!I think I did the exact same thing, and still do.
These antics are probably getting in the way of proper photography...
