Data recovery NTFS help please?

Hi.

Long shot, I know but - here's the problem.

My Mrs whilst working on a Word (2007) document accidentally deleted several large paragraphs and then saved the document to disk.

Is there any way that the paragraphs can be recovered? I thinking along the lines that the paragraphs may be on the disk in another segment. Are there any tools that could help.

As I said, long shot, but I have to try - the Mrs is in tears (university project)

Word usually does temporoary saves every wee while when you use it.

Have a wee look in the User folders under AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Word\

You might be lucky.
