Workshop Dance or Ballet workshop

Does anyone know of any workshops in London or Kent (at a push, Essex, Surrey or East Sussex) that are for Dance or Ballet? Trying to find ideas for my husband to give me a workshop as a wedding anniversary gift and google is not very helpful as most of the results it is bringing up are years old or not in a reasonable distance.
