Just woke up after a night shift to find my lovely Redsnapper tripod waiting in the kitchen, joy soon turned to diasspointment when this greeted me, I wish these delivery companies would take a little care with items.

On the bright side I'm well pleased that I bought from Joe, the legs are excellent quality.

Did they not bother with a van and just kicked it from the depot to your house??

Disgusting really, I hope Joe will chase them up over it.

Looks like they took it out the packaging and ran the van over it, you done something to upset them in the past, I'm sure Redsnapper will have something to say to the courier firm about it

I cant see why they cant be a little more careful I can appreciate them being busy this time of the year and with the weather conditions, but does it really take that long to place something in the van as opposed to throwing it?

You can bet that they blame redsnapper, saying it was damaged when they collected it!!

If you send anything by courier you have to assume it will be thrown into the van and that if they can't quite fit everything into a cage someone will stand on top and jump up and down until it does. They do not take any care with anything. This is why lots of tiny items arrive in massive boxes with inflatable packaging, bubble wrap etc!

To be fair to Interlink, the tripod has had a long journey from factory to the OP and the snappage could have happened at any stage on the way. I would expect/hope that the people at Red Snapper would check the goods before sending them on but it's possible that they've been rather busy for the past few weeks (funny how christmas always seems to come from nowhere) and one slipped through their safety net.
