There will only ever be one way to stop the majority of dogs leaving their mess all
over the place and that is is by knowing which dog/owner left it.
Imagine a time in the future, technology advances to a point where DNA testing can be done on the spot by dog wardens, an instant fine is then sent to the registered owner of that dog from a massive dna database.
Sigh.... I can only but dream of poo free paths and recreation areas.
