i have been to the shop enough times in leeds if that helps;-) bought a second hand battery grip but again instore rather than off the website

The thing is I have ordered it twice from to different online shops saying "in stock" but waited for next day delivery and it hasnt turned up, so had to get a refund! so they have it in stock but dont want to go down that road again lol

Then ring Dale Monday morning, explain your concern and get them to confirm its in stock

Agree with dcash29.

I wanted a Lee filter that no one had in stock. Dale were showing one in stock - rang them, they confirmed in stock and I asked if they would reserve it so I could pick it up personally. They reserved and sold it to me at the online price. In consequence have used them on other occasions.

Appear to be very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
