Its my birthday in a few weeks and my missus asked me what I would like and I think I would like a nice DAB radio as I am currently working away in Glasgow. I want it to be Stereo nice design with a full radio alarm function. It would also be nice if it played music from a usb key etc. Budget is maybe £150.

any thoughts.

Just saw this thread a noticed Which magazine sat on my desk featuring digital radios.

Not read the whole article and there's loads on review but this faired well

yeah it was on my list but no USB playback which is a must for me.

I have one of those purchased it for the bedroom, CD player is shocking poor quality very loud transport even at louder volumes you still hear the disc spinning, looking at other web reviews after it seems like a common problem.. I let the good lady have it as a kitchen radio and for that it is fine.. terrible if you want to play CDs though.
