D76 query

I've gooed this but, given I'm not sure what's meant by the term stock in relation to this developer .. Is D-76 one shot or reusable?
If reusable, what's the process if its used, say, 1+1?
I don't know why but I just can't get my head around it.

D76 is reusable, Dilute it 1:1 and it'll be fine for a few uses then discard.
