D7000

I now have the D7000 and can only compare it with the D50 as that is the only other dslr I have had. After charging the battery I was experimenting round the house as it was raining outside. I had a look at the manual (326 pages)!! Simple point and shoot results, (photographed our cat) the detail is stunning. I know this may be old hat to a lot of you but to me its brand new. I can't wait to get down our local hide with my 150-500mm. Tried the video as well, can only say best quality I have shot, ever, using only the settings out of the box. Maybe and just maybe I will have worked out how to put the D7000 to good use next summer holiday!!
