Hi,

Someone offered me a 3 month old (with 2,500 clicks) D7000, a 18-200mm lens and a 35mm lens for £630
Lens have no scratches. Camera is like new.

I have little knowledge of SLRs and was wondering if this it worth it?

Thanks.

Utter bargain.

At second hand values:

18-200 = £350ish
35mm = £120ish
D7000 = don't know but WAY more than £160 which would make up the value.

In fact, that kit is probably worth closer to £8-900!

For reference the D7000 under my tree was £642, the 35mm is about £150 and an 18-200 is about 580. So yes I'd say it's a good deal.

Thanks for the replies.
Just purchased it, it was Sigma lens rather than Nikon lens.
Lens are 17-35mm and 18-200mm

someone should have a great big smile on their face!!!

Indeed, but this is my first ever SLR camera, so I have lot of reading and learning to do! Hopefully I will be able to get great tips from this forum :)
