D7000 Focus problems?

I have been reading about focus problems in this camera, is this true?

The issue is back focusing or side focusing, seems to be common.

There have been issues although I can't say I've noticed any with mine although I've not gone looking for it.

I had issues with back focusing, all I needed to do was adjust the AF-Fine tune and now it is spot on

If you have an issue, just call Nikon UK who will fix it for free and pay postage. Mine back focused and was sent away and came back in 5 days with problem fixed. Most do not have issues. It is now a bargain time to buy a great camera.

What lens are you using?; I've read there have been issues at different focal lengths on certain zooms??

Only if you are the first owner & have registered it.....

Mine cost me £50 but they did fix it perfectly & was gone for less than a week.

Totally unacceptable; buying a camera of that value and then be expected to cough up another £50 to have it function as it should in the first place.....daylight robbery comes to mind:nono:
