I saw this on a local (Malaysian) used camera equipment website - could it be the highest ranked Canon EOS 5d mk2 in the world? Look at the digits carefully to work out just how big a number it is!
That's a software error 24 bit binary number with every digit = 1
2 to the power of 24 less 1 = 16777215
I asked and they don't due to the other parts that are part of the shutter process.Impressive if true. Got me thinking - when Canon/ Nikon replace a shutter, do they reset the shutter count?
I asked and they don't due to the other parts that are part of the shutter process.
Either way, £542 is expensive for a D700 - gut feeling is that £450 or so gets you a mint low mileage one?
Now that is a bargain for everything!I got 1 from ebay boxed with boxed mbd10 3 nikon batteries 32gb card but with 190k but supposed to have had a new shutter fitted a few months ago but for £250 cheap enough to have a new shutter fitted if needed.
No I asked nikon they don't reset the count due to other parts that are linked to the shutter that are not replaced. The shutter doesn't reset to zero right? if a new shutter is replace?
No I asked nikon they don't reset the count due to other parts that are linked to the shutter that are not replaced.
A bit like fitting a new engine in a car the milage is not reset.
