After a year or so of saving cash, I have finally got a D700 in my hot little hands. I also plumped for a 24-70 2.8 and 80-200 2.8, and I have to say that I am very, very happy.
I went out in the snow on Saturday and took some test shots, and can not believe the difference between my new kit and my D200 with a kit lens. Off to Australia on Friday (fingers crossed) and can not wait to give it a bash over there.
