D700 downloading to wrong folder

Folks, when I download images by plugging the D700 camera into the pc it starts to download straight to Dropbox. The pc im using has windows 8.1 and before on XP it used to download to a folder I had dedicated.How do I change where the images download to.

Open Dropbox
Click the settings icon on the top right
Click Preferences
Click Import on the top bar
Click Change AutoPlay Settings in the Camera Upload part
You should see D700 under Devices
Change the option from Import pictures and videos using Dropbox to something else (such as Ask me every time)
